1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in the vizitly.cloud service and related services (the Service) is the entity indicated in your service agreement or terms (the platform operator). For privacy requests, use the contact email shown in the site footer (Contact).
2. Data we process
Depending on your use of the Service, we may process: owner account email and password hash, salon details (name, address, phone, location), staff and services you enter, client phone and name for bookings, SMS OTP content, billing data and Stripe identifiers, technical logs (e.g. IP, timestamps), strictly necessary cookies, and — if enabled — anti-spam tokens (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile).
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
We process data to provide booking and calendar features (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract), for billing and payments (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)), for security and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest), and for optional analytics/marketing only with consent or where permitted by law. Deposits may be processed by Stripe under their terms.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared with processors acting on our instructions (hosting, database, email/SMS providers, Stripe, Cloudflare). They process data only as instructed and under appropriate agreements where required.
5. Retention
We keep data for as long as you use the Service and as long as law requires (e.g. tax/accounting). Afterwards we delete or anonymise unless a longer archive is mandatory.
6. Your rights
You may have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. For booking data, the salon may also be an independent controller towards its clients — we will point you to the right contact where relevant.
7. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for operation (session, security, language). Optional analytics/marketing cookies are used only with consent via banner or settings where applicable.
