Terms of service

1. General

vizitly.cloud (the Service) provides online booking, calendar, widget and QR tools for service businesses (Salons). Use of the Service means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Owner account

Registration requires accurate contact details. You must keep your password confidential. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud or security risk.

3. Client ↔ Salon relationship

A booking made by an end client is primarily a contract for the service (the visit) between the client and the Salon. The Service acts as a technical facilitator unless agreed otherwise in writing with the operator.

4. Fees and commissions

Commission or premium features may be charged as shown in the dashboard or in-app notices. Card payments may be processed by Stripe — Stripe’s terms and privacy apply.

5. Salon content

The Salon is responsible for lawful descriptions, pricing, schedules, and personal data of staff and clients that it enters. Unlawful or misleading content is prohibited.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for outages caused by third parties or force majeure, or for indirect damages except where mandatory law says otherwise.

7. Changes

We may change these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where law allows.

8. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer law applies, the law of Poland governs the agreement with the operator and courts in Poland have jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
